The surrounding area
The maisonette is located in a green landscape, among olive and cypress trees. The outdoor area consists of the private swimming pool, the outdoor dining area with the gas BBQ and the marble sink which make up the ideal conditions to enjoy your stay and spend quality time during your vacations.
It is worth noting that the swimming pool is heated and the outdoor dining area is covered with a specially designed pergola, making the use of the outdoor space possible throughout the year and regardless of weather conditions.
The interior space
This villa is consisted of 2 levels. Entering the accommodation, we will see the living room and its the right a fully equipped kitchen.
On the same level there is also a small WC, while the living room has perimeter windows that allows direct access to the garden and the pool.
On the second floor are located the two bedrooms as well as the main bathroom. Both of the rooms have access to a large balcony, which has an outdoor lounge and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your afternoon coffee or drink.
The mattresses in both of the bedrooms are from the award-winning Corfu company, Imperial Strom, which allow the guest to choose the soft or hard side of the mattress.
In the living room and in all bedrooms there are Smart TVs with access to the internet and more than 400 channels.
